Gravity Switch, a company specializing in multimedia software solutions for education and entertainmentibracket-itgrunts industry, has come up with a kiosk for the iPad. Yet another cool look for this eye catching gadget!

Gravity switch has been making kiosk enclosures for various devices and has a 15 year solid experience and apple was not going to escape from its eyes!

The iPad will make a great kiosk, with no other hardware needed to connect to it such as keyboard or mouse. Traditional kiosks have seperate montiors and cpu’s while iPad is one great package.

The iBracket has an aluminum finish and is available in 14 colors and can be put up either vertically or horizontally.

Different versions are also available including the gallery version as showing in this post above. It has 4 built-in speakers to play music or a narration which can be loaded into the iPod app while pictures can be displayed at the same time.

Installing your iPad in the iBracket is very simple. Simply slide it into the iBracket, connect the speakers and the power and you may mount the whole iKiosk anywhere you like.

It also comes with a locking mounting bracket so the iPad cannot be removed from it.

Gravity Switch is accepting orders for the iBracket which is priced at US$349 and $399 for the gallery version.

You can request custom work on the kiosk. The iBracket is ideal for museums and educational institutions. I would imagine museums would be the first to get some.
