3D printers are getting cheaper, Yes! Z Corporation has launched a wide range of 3D printers which are affordable for
professional applicants such as designers, engineers and architects. The model called ZPrinter 150 is a black and white printer and costs about $14,900 while its color variant, the ZPrinter 250 costs $24,900.

The printers are small enough to be able to be carried around or to be fit in tight spaces. The new printers also could print 5 to 10 times faster than the other 3D printers in the market. Multiple stacked models can be printed simultaneously as well.
The printers have a resolution of 300 x 450 dpi and a minimum feature size of 0.016 inches (0.4 mm) and a vertical build speed of 0.8 inch/hour (20 mm/hour). They also are quite automated with automatic setup, automatic powder loading, and self-monitoring of materials and print status.
Well its a matter of time when this hefty price will come down.
