Guess what, the new DROID RAZR MAXX has allowed Verizon to slash the price of the original Droid RAZR phone. Today it was reported that the Droid razr is now $199 for a two year contract. For now only the black version is available, with the white and purple one set to hit the offering on January 23rd. These two will also cost $199.99.
You will be required to get with the DROID RAZR, Verizon suggests its Nationwide Talk plan beginning at $39.99 monthly access and a smartphone data package starting at $30 monthly access for 2 GB of data. The DROID RAZR has LTE connectivity, 8-megapixel rear-racing camera, 4.3-inch qHD screen, Wi-Fi, 16GB of on-board memory and a microSD memory card slot.
