Looks like Apple’s secrecy detail for its new iPhone 5 was blown up by one of its own. Vodafone today spilled some beans on the color and storage capacities of the iPhone 5. The first among the two is the color choices of the device, which similar to iPhone 4, will be available in white and black variants. Secondly, the device will be available in two storage capacities, 16GB and 32GB that Apple has been offering traditionally.

A 64GB iPhone 5 was also expected to be announced however that was not confirmed. However we are not sure that Vodafone Sure Signal will support even the next-gen iPhone 5. The product page suggests iPhone 5 Vodafone UK being compatible with Vodafone Sure Signal was first noticed by AppleInsider.

This is the first-ever time since iPhone 5 rumors started surfacing and we have details of the next-gen iPhone from one of the Apple’s official carrier partners. Even as details on iPhone 5 specs are rumors, it is sure to have a slightly larger edge-to-edge display, an 8 megapixel camera, a dual-core A5 processor as seen in iPad 2, and of course Apple iOS 5.

Apple is expected to announce the next-generation iPhone in the next few weeks. It is also believed that the device will hit the market in the first two weeks of October, perhaps around the same time we may possibly hear next about the iPhone 5 UK release.
