The latest rumour going around is that the Samsung i897 Android smartphone is going to be out soon and will
be adopted by AT&T adding another Android phone into the AT&T market. The Samsung i897 comes with sporting looks and is similar to the Galaxy S. The i897 will be running Android 2.1 OS which is great news.

The Android 2.1 is specultated to be the work horse of this device.
There is no word yet on when its available or how much it would sell for. The phone, although not revealed is speculated to have the usual specs such as microSD card, WiFi, Bluetooth and USB 2.0 support.
This phone is projected to let the user have a full “Google experience” with having everything on the phone googlified from search engine to apps to email to phone book.
