Starbucks has started to offer free WiFi and also has made it easier to get on it. Earlier unlike other coffee shops that offer free WiFi, Starbucks was offering its customers internet via AT&T but had a catch. Starbucks tied up with AT&T to provide internet but that was free only to AT&T customers only. It also slowed down the process of getting on the internet as soon as possible.
Later it was rumored that Starbucks will be making its WiFi free and easier to access and now that rumor is a confirmed fact!
Now the system is much more straight, just log on to the Starbucks WiFi network, fire up your browser and agree to the terms and you are all set. The free WiFi is available in all the Starbucks stores in the US.
