Pandigital today has launched a new eBook reader. The new reader has a 9 inch screen and is being called a multimeedia eReader. Its 9-inch screen is in all color with a resolution of about 480 x 800 pixels. It has 2GB of storage and an extra 32 GB max can be added via the SD/SDHC memory card slot. It also has a built-in wireless WiFi adapter and can connect to a computer via a USB 2.0 port.
This new e-reader supports quite a few file formats that include EPUB, PDF, MP3, AAC, WAV, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and MP4 video files. It is also packed with a nice pair of stereo speakers that are built in for audio.
To buy this new eBook reader you will have to put up with $213.80 with about $10 in shipping.

12/4/2010 – QVC is offering this for $199.99 (5 monthly $40 payments) with free standard shipping. Kicks a** over the $400 Entourage Pocket Edge that HSN was offering a few weeks ago for $399.99 and that only had a 7″ screen for apps and a 6″ screen for E-reader.That was sent back to them today.
